Cylinders is astigmatism correction and 4 is pretty big for astigmatism.
Blurry vision comes from they way we use our eyes. As long as we have correct vision behaviors most people can work like a monkey with their pc, read all they want, and do any other challenging eyesight activity and be continuosly improving their eyesight.
Look for Natural Eyesight Improvement and the principles of perfect natural eyesight. Avoid eye exercises(eye pushups, eye aerobics, eye yoga), they have nothing to do with natural perfect eyesight and are a complete waste of time. Nutrition is very important also, but will not change the way we use our vision system.
