What do you think is the most important factor for building muscle? Is it the duration of the workout? Slaving away for hours on end in the gym? Or is it perhaps the number of repetitions that matter most?
Neither is true. The single biggest factor for success in building muscle, and exercise too for that matter, is INTENSITY. Your bodybuilding workouts need to be of moderate to high intensity for you to see any signficant improvements in your health, fitness and muscle.
