To get six pack abs you should not be focused on doing ab exercises.

Start losing belly fat by doing compound exercises.

Squats and chest presses are both some of the best ab exercises you can do to target your abs. It might not be directly but you can burn way more belly fat then by just doing ab exercises.

Dieting for abs is also really important. Eat foods like fruits, veggies, and beans. These are natural foods that will help fuel your body and six pack abs fast.

Also be sure to replace any sugary juice or soda with water. Water is a powerful fat burner.
