The key to slimming down is to make sure you really concentrate on burning fat and the main way to burn fat is make sure you build some lean muscle mass. And one thing that I really want to make clear is you have to work your whole body in a workout… not just one of two pieces.

Here’s how to make sure your workout is full of fat burning exercises.

First and we just mentioned this, you want to work your entire body out during the course of the workout. Once mistake many women make is to just workout a body part or two. This tends to come from the bodybuilding world, but it’s not that effective for what our goals are.

When you workout your whole body during a workout, you get maximum movements, maximum range of motion, and maximum lean muscle activation. This will really help you burn that fat.

Next you need to make sure you are lifting weights. Lifting weights consists of resistance training and it the only super effective way to build lean muscle. As a women you don’t have to worry about getting big as long as you control your calorie intake.

Lean muscle mass naturally feeds off of body fat for energy because it needs those calories to survive. That’s just a taste at how you can take advantage of some fat burning exercises.
