Use Workout Tracking Sheets

When you are doing your workouts, it’s really important that you use the proper tracking sheets. You need to track every workout and all of your exercises to lose weight. This way you will see how you improve over time and that is very motivating.

When you use your tracking sheets, you want to write down the number of reps you did, the amount of weight you used, and how many sets you used. There will be times when you won’t be able to follow the workout just as written because you are using it to push yourself. If you can’t hit your workout goals for that reason than that’s fine… just make sure you do push yourself and you will see great results.
