As years go on, it is becoming more common place that people are finding they are intolerant to wheat grain and are therefore on the lookout for another good source of fibre, vitamins and minerals etc. Flax seed meal could just be one such substitution and it has been around for thousands. A lot of health benefits have been claimed over the years and it is possible that some of them are not backed up by the greatest of scientific research but there are some pretty well accepted benefits to this great little seed. So you might want to look into incorporating flax seed meal into your diet.
