Do you monitor your heart rate?

We should all be doing some exercise regularly, but if you don’t get your heart rate up then it isn’t doing you as much good as it should. In the ideal scenario you should be getting your heart rate up into the 70% of its maximum range and keeping it there for a while to really get the benefit you need. Investing in a strapless heart rate monitor watch is a good idea for most people because then when you are out and about you can check to see how hard you are working and if your heart rate is elevated, then you can decide whether you need to walk faster or ride faster etc.
