This video case-study from the Batten Institute at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business presents the approach to innovation followed by Nottingham-Spirk, an innovation and design consultancy based in Cleveland, Ohio. The firm specializes in improving everyday products and then re-designing them to sell at prices lower than elsewhere in the market.
