Any combination of these foods can be used to create tasty and wholesome meals. It is advisable that bodybuilders consume 6 meals per day, 3 or 4 of which can easily be prepared with these items. The other two meals can easily be made up with protein supplements.

Soy Protein - Soy protein, as it sounds, is made from soy beans. It is a bit inferior to whey, casein and egg proteins. Soy protein is quite popular with vegetarians. It can add a delightful variety to your protein intake and makes an excellent addition to your supplement diet.
