The Shurflo model number 2088-594-154 is a positive displacement, 3 chamber diaphragm pump. It has a built in check valve, with one way operation, that prevents reverse flow. The Shurflo 2088-594-154 self primes up to 9 feet vertically. It’s maximum inlet pressure is 30 psi. It has 1/2″ male parallel threaded ports. The plasics on the body are polypropylene. The valves and diaphragm are both Santoprene. The fasteners are made of zinc plated steel. It has an intermettent duty cycle. The pump is 115 VAC nominal with an adjustable pressure switch, factory set at 45 psi shut off. It is an NSF listed and UL/CSA Recognized component. It also has a flow rate of 3.3 gallons per minute open flow.
