I am looking at writing / designing a small web site and don’t want to fork out on a professional package.
I’m looking for a WYSIWYG site.
there is freewebs.com and makeawebsite.com.
they are both pretty good sites and nothing go wrong
which you wont like!!!!

As You already have a Yahoo address, why not use the excellent Geo City’s free web space. Its site builder is a little quirky, but if you stick with it you will understand the workings of building a site much better than most other free web builders.

If you’re a hand HTML, etc. coder use CSE HTML Validator. Its free and you can upgrade it to a full version. It helps to find buggs and typos in your code and can help you coding when you need a definition on a tag or don’t know which tag to use.
