My 80+ year old grandpa is a farmer and wants to check commodity prices on the internet. Is there a website that is designed with farmers in mind that shows commodity prices?
Farmer or big multinational company, most people look to NYBOT or LIFFE for soft commodity prices expectations. For a farmer you can typically look at the prevailing prices and big MNCs will just add a premium to the prevailing rates. For example, if your grandpa is growing sugar, he can look at NYBOT #11 or LIIFE #5.
