This is definitely …
This is definitely one of the coolest things I have seen. I bought a program that is supposed to make it easier and it was just one style template image in same place, very bad product. So I have been just coding everything myself. I am going to have to give this a try, it looks very promising. Also I noticed that you talked about using wamp, I uploaded a video on setting that up and configuring it if any one needs any help with that.

The only issue with …
The only issue with IE6 for the way psd2css Online works is all the PNG files. But we take care of that by including a PNG fix so that even IE6 displays the transparency correctly. Other than that, nearly everything is absolute positioned so most of the other cross browser issues aren’t a problem.

wow.
I can’t believe you have made it so simple.
I hope you don’t mind me asking but how to the templates that are created perform across browsers.
Especially IE6.
Do they need to be cleaned up manually for cross browser compatibility?

Hi violinlova -
When you visit the site, click on the words ‘How to prepare your PSD file…’ just above the words ‘Upload your PSD…’. You are going to want to rasterize the layer with the shadows (then they will work perfectly), and I’m not sure what you mean by ‘not getting the contents’, but the info on that page might help. Thanks!

I’m not getting the contents in the photoshop created webpage. Also, the drop shadow(layer style) effect doesn’t show either.

You either: 1) …
You either: 1) didn’t put any content_joomla or other _joomla layers in the PSD file, or 2) weren’t logged in to the site (you would have gotten a warning about trying to use advanced features without being logged in, or 3) copied the generated files into Joomla wrong. It’s easiest to just use the ‘Extensions’ -> ‘Install/Uninstall’ in the administrator section and upload the whole zip file.

What a cool service …
What a cool service.
I probably won’t use it, as I want to learn exactly how Joomla works and such, but it’s still great you offer those services.
I can see it took a lot of hard work, and you’re probably not rolling in money because of it, so thanks for helping the community out with your .psd conversion program.
