instead of …
instead of selecting wind twice you can simply press ctl, F. and it looks much better if you make select wind three times then distort it yourself using a twenty px. brush by going to Filter>Liquify, you can make the flames higher or lower, or curving in a certain direction. Nice video for newbies though.
