Are their companies out there who will design an excellent website with Flash etc and then allow me to update?

I have a budget of around $10K and won’t to pay someone a one time fee to improve my website.
I then want to be able to update this site with newsletters etc.
Do website developers offer this service?

try getafreelancer I wouldnt say that buget though there…
have a look around and see the prices offered then name your budget (as this is a world jobmart it is very very competitive)(you then will be able to spend that budget on other more important things needed for your company) One thing to clairify is you require working examples before you decide and All source files are required that they use. as well as all rights to any images unless its public domain stock art and you require sources
