You don’t even know how many times I was yelling at my computer monitor due to the fact of how many times you added tables and even a br syntax, which are all pretty freaken old-ass web design.

Your first mistake …
Your first mistake is the table. Tables load very slow opposed to using div’s and CSS.
This is sadly very unprofessional.
For the navigations you would simply just use a list, since its basically a list of links.
Also the use of indexing your lines to make it less of a garbled mess is great too.

you know, it’s quite a bit easier instead of remembering color codes, you use international names (red, white, blue black, special ones, you need the codes)

Try out NVU its free and easy to use you just tyep what you want and it make it in to HTML code. Easy to use I seen a 6 year old do it and publish the site.
