first you haven’t describes what is your expectations. how much you can expend on it. I don’t know in which city or town u live but there are several person u can find in ur city. you can contact there as well. visit http://appuonline.com if you want like that it will be costly (more thn Rs. 100000). but if you want a small one it will be lesser too. its depended upon ur need.

There are lots of websites where professionals bid fir software work like yours.
They operate pretty much like EBay.
You can get good folks at lowest possible cost on such websites.

You’re not very specific as far as what you want your website to do. Just to promote your company or actually post trades on or what? Do you want an interactive site? There are a ton more questions, but unless you need something really esoteric you should be able to find any number of developers who can do what you need done.
Just having a website however is not going to do you much good however unless you make a conscious effort to promote both to current clients as well as potential clients. Otherwise, especially in the stock trading business, you’ll be buried on about page 300 of Google or any other search engine and no one will ever see it.
